Whether you are a novice or an experienced investor looking to expand your real estate portfolio, our account opening process is simple. Our process allows you to invest in pre-screened real estate assets with the added security of experienced management oversight. 

1. Register to create an account.

The new account opening process starts with an introductory phone call from a member of our management team to learn more about you and your needs.  The information you provide will assist us in making the account opening process as easy as possible.

2. Select an investment.

Once your account is established, we will schedule a time to present you with a portfolio of live and upcoming investment opportunities. Once you select a property we go to work. We handle all aspects of the transaction process in-house including day-to-day management and on-going paperwork. You are free to contact us at anytime with questions regarding your investments.

3. Fund your investment.

We will review all your funding options and explain how each affects the return on your investment. You can fund your investment with cash, your IRA, or financing.

If you qualify and you choose to finance your investment, we will save you time by guiding you through every step of the process from pre-approval to final signature.

4. Monitor Your Investment.

You can track your investments through a bank account controlled by a third party escrow agent throughout the acquisition process. We partner with a third party administrator that provides accounting and administrative services.

Dennis Isaac is a Founder and Managing Partner at Cornerstone Growth Partners.  He has over two decades of experience in real estate finance, acquisition, and management. He currently oversees over $15 million in residential and commercial real estate assets. Mr. Isaac has deep knowledge in real estate finance and underwriting.  His expertise includes banking/financial services, mortgages/housing.  Mr. Isaac has a B.S. in Accounting from Kean University.
